When you order you understand the risk you are taking when items have to be shipped.

Signature conformation is added on to all our package no matter to confirm delivery on our end.  

USPS for free shipping (on select items.) Priorty Mail comes with 50$ insurance. To ass extra insurance you will need to contact us.

To use Fed-ex or UPS please contact us. 

We do overnight ship on request.  Some overnight shipping my very depending on zip code. Please understand that some over night shipping may not come the next day due to weather. Over night shipping has to be paid for before 2 PM PST. 

Shipping can take anywhere for 3-7 days depending on locations and weather. If you have not gotten a package with in 5 days please contact us & your local post office. 

Anything wrong with tracking contact us ASAP.

Lost packages you will need to contact your post office for more information. if we have deliver conformation we can not be held responsible. 

Broken/Damaged items:

Photos need to be sent to e-mail within 24 hrs of getting the package. There will need to be 5 photos of the broken Item.  IF YOU BUY  AN ON SALE NO REFUND CAN BE APPLIED. 

Cracks and dings: If an item has any kinds of crack or dings please e-mail us ASAP within 24 hours of you getting package. Item has to be UN-used. please provide any kind of photos or videos.

PEN/VAPORS :

If any problem please send back UN-used. Again we will not take back any used items. 

If anything happens to your item after 24 hrs nothing can be done. To avoid this Please contact us ASAP. Inspect package as soon as you get it.
