If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents with in 24 hrs of delivery date on TRACKING. Email us all photos. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned. DO NOT SEND US USED ITEMS. IT WILL BE SENT BACK.
If your product comes damaged or broken you have 24hrs to notify us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Used items in any way, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, if broken item only, proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you with in 24hours of use getting said item. If we believe item isn't in original state from when we sent it. It will get sent back ASAP.
If you are approved for a refund you will see this in your bank in 3-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before a refund is posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, so contact your bank account if it takes longer then 3-5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sales can not be applied to any other item of exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This will have to be done with in 24 hours of item arriving. Refer to your tracking number. We can not promise to exchange an item if we do not have an item of the same artist. May exchange for item of same price or pay the difference. Items that we have multiples of same will be exchanged for exact item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
